I think gender roles and norms are slowly changing, so wear whatever you want, and be photographed in it, as it is important to be seen. Without a picture or frame of reference it is hard to answer this question. Perhaps it is something on your shirt that offends. Perhaps your jeans are low enough that your entire butt is hanging out. We really need more.

If you are a girl, and you want to wear guys clothes, you should be able to do it. What I’ve found is that what’s considered “women’s” or “girls’” clothing vs. what’s considered “boys” or “men’s” clothing shifts over time. For example: Back in the 1700s and earlier, leggings were for men. Now they’re largely considered to be women’s clothing. For a more recent example, in the 1970s and 1980s, guys wore shorts as short if not shorter than the girls wore. These days, shorts intended for guys are long and baggy, while the shorts intended for girls are much shorter. Guys shorts are beginning to undergo a shift now, towards shorter lengths. It’s about time, shorts for guys have become so long that they’re no longer shorts!
